116. Thinking ethically with Lawrence Sheraton
Lawrence Sheraton is an author and sculptor who has been on a decades-long quest to answer the question, “How do we know right from wrong?”
His latest Infinite Development – A New Operating System for Civilization, completes the ethics trilogy, which includes: Mr. Neutron and the Ever Sinking Ship (corporate ethics); and Why and Because, The Art and Sciece of Moral and Ethical Understanding (personal ethics).
Infinite Development calls out the global failures of the current economic operating system, and draws a roadmap for the redesign of currency rooted in ethics.
Lawrence is currently applying The Four Intuitions framework to artificial intelligence, with the goal of incorporating it into AI governance models as a foundational layer to maximize ethical outcomes.
